  1. Pretty much you take the carburettor to a dealer and the dealer chemically boils it out.
  2. Don't listen to the guy before me. It is simple, take the carb of from the intake side and pull away from motor. The cable will come through the top, screw the top off and remove the slide being careful not to lose the spring or needle. There should be a series of jets depending on the make and model that will have flat tip head on them. Remove the jets inspect for clogs and clean with carb cleaner. Then spray out the carb tilting it over to let the fuel drain out of the bowl. If need be take the bowl off the bottom being careful not to rip the gasket clean and put back together in reverse order.
  3. what kind of bike would be nice to know. however the carbs are allways at the top under the gas tank follow the gas lie it goes right to your carbs. now they have to be removed and disasembled and cleaned.if you dont know how to do this take em to ashop also they need to be synchronized once re installed
  4. If you know so little about motorcycles that you don't know where the carburetor is located I recommend you attempt to do NO maintainence on it at all yourself. Right now put it on a trailer or the back of a truck and take it to your authorised shop and have them put in running order. Then look in your local library for a book called "Zen and the Art of Motorcycle Maintainence" I do not remember the author and it's an old book but reading it will give you a good idea of whether you can become qualified to attempt doing your own maintainence at any level whatsoever. There are very few parts on a motorcycle that are not absolutely necessary to keep your butt off the pavement. It is in your interest to have each and every one of them working properly. Riding on two wheels is risky enough whithout having a poorly maintained machine under you.
